FlowLister YouTube Videos: AI eBay Listing Workflow Library
A curated FlowLister YouTube library showing how AI eBay listings work: what-sold recaps, photo-to-listing demos, batch listing, and auto-scheduling.
By Chris Taylor, founder of FlowLister and active eBay reseller.
I started recording these videos because people kept asking me the same question: do AI-written listings actually sell? Short answer, yes — I sold $246.94 worth of stuff in the recap I posted this morning. Long answer is below in video form.
Watch them in any order, but if you only have a minute, start with the 30-second listing demo. If you list in batches, jump to the Batch Mode one. The what-sold recaps are the receipts.

Why I made this library
I needed a single page I could send people instead of digging through my channel every time. So this is it — the demos organized by what problem they solve, plus a couple of eBay help pages worth reading if you want to verify what I'm doing matches official guidance.
What you'll actually see in the videos
The demos are unedited workflows from my own store. One Brooks Brothers loafer goes from photos to a finished draft in 30 seconds. A pile of 20 items goes through Batch Mode in one click. The recaps walk through real sold items the same week — Stetson fedora, vintage Timex, Wii bowling ball — with the prices buyers actually paid.
I include the boring parts on purpose. You'll see me review the title, check sold comps, fix a size field, fix a flaw note. That's the actual workflow.
- Photos: cover shot, label, size tag, any flaws, measurements.
- Review: title reads right, first photo looks right on the search thumbnail, specifics are filled in.
- Publish or schedule: I usually queue overnight and let Auto-Schedule release them.
- Recap: I track what sold and what didn't so I know what to source again.
The outside links
I link to eBay's own photo and Terapeak pages because I want you to verify the workflow against the source. The third-party guides (ListingForge, Frooition, 3Dsellers) are ones I've actually used to sanity-check my own title and specifics habits — not random SEO bait.
Watch order if you're new
Here's the order I'd watch them in if I were starting from zero.
- 30-second single-item demo — see the whole loop end to end.
- Batch Mode — 20+ items from one upload.
- Auto-Schedule — how the drafts get released overnight.
- Any what-sold recap — same items, sold, with the actual prices.
Watch in this order
- Start with the 30-second listing demo to understand the single-item workflow.
- Watch the Batch Mode demo if you photograph many items at once.
- Watch the Auto-Schedule demo if you build drafts now and publish later.
- Watch the what-sold recaps to see the output of the workflow after items sell.
