Refund and Cancellation Policy

The short version

You can cancel at any time to stop the next renewal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period, so you keep access and remaining credits until then. Payments already made are final and non-refundable, except where required by law or when we confirm a duplicate or billing-error charge.

How to cancel a web subscription

  1. Sign in to FlowLister.
  2. Open Settings, then scroll to Plan & Billing.
  3. Select Cancel membership, then Confirm cancellation. Feedback is optional.
  4. Keep the on-screen confirmation showing that cancellation is scheduled and the date your access ends.

If you cannot sign in, email founder@flowlister.com from the email address on your FlowLister account. Include the words “cancel my subscription.” We will use the account email to identify the correct subscription and send written confirmation.

How to cancel an Apple-billed subscription

If Apple bills your subscription, cancel it on your iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → FlowLister → Cancel Subscription. Apple controls the billing and refund decision for App Store purchases. View Apple's cancellation instructions.

No-refund policy

Except where required by law, FlowLister does not provide full, partial, or prorated refunds for subscription charges, renewal charges, trial fees, unused time, unused credits, extra credit purchases, or add-ons. Cancel before your next renewal date to prevent the next charge. Deleting the app, disconnecting eBay, or not using the Service does not cancel a subscription.

We will review a charge if you believe it is a duplicate, the wrong amount, or the result of a billing error. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be waived in your location.

What happens after cancellation

  • No new subscription renewal is charged after the effective date.
  • Your paid access and remaining listing credits stay available through the end of the current billing period.
  • Cancellation does not reverse a charge that was completed before the cancellation request.
  • Keep your cancellation confirmation for your records. If a charge appears after the confirmed effective date, contact us so we can investigate it promptly.
