FlowLister is an AI-powered tool that helps eBay sellers create listings from product photos. The Service generates titles, descriptions, item specifics, pricing suggestions, and facilitates publishing to eBay.

3. User Accounts

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. eBay Integration

FlowLister connects to eBay through their official API. You authorize FlowLister to publish listings on your behalf when you connect your eBay account. You remain responsible for all listings published to your eBay account.

5. AI-Generated Content

Listing content is generated by AI and should be reviewed before publishing. FlowLister does not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated titles, descriptions, pricing, or item specifics. You are responsible for verifying all listing content before it goes live on eBay.

6. Pricing and Billing

FlowLister offers free and paid plans. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time. Credits do not roll over between billing periods.

7. Limitation of Liability

FlowLister is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any losses resulting from listings published through the Service, including incorrect pricing, inaccurate descriptions, or eBay policy violations.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
