Response times
Most emails get a reply within a few hours during US business hours. Outside those windows, expect a same-day or next-day response. Critical issues (publish failures, billing problems, eBay OAuth disconnections) jump the queue.
For feature requests: include the workflow you're trying to improve and the listing scenario where the gap shows up. We read every one. The pricing-strategy setting, the Worth It feature, and the multi-photo synthesis all started as user-reported pain points.
Bug reports
When reporting a bug, the most useful details are: the listing ID (visible in the URL after generation), what you expected versus what happened, and any error message you saw. A screenshot speeds things up considerably. We have backend logs on every account, so even a one-line description with the listing ID is usually enough to reproduce.
