For eBay lister VAs

eBay VA software for every client's store.

Switch between up to 100 client accounts from one menu. List from photos, price from sold comps, crosslist. Your clients never hand you their password.

$19.99 per account a month on Starter. 10 accounts: $199.90.

How VA listing work runs today

VA listing work gets paid by output. Job posts on OnlineJobs.ph ask for about 10 eBay listings an hour, or 100 quality listings a week. Some pay $0.25 a listing, and poor ones go unpaid. Speed is the job.

Access is the other half. When a client sends a password and a texted code, it breaks two ways. eBay's User Agreement says not to share log-in credentials with third parties. And every 2FA code means waiting on the client.

eBay's own fix is Team access. It is free and good for working inside Seller Hub. Each client invites your eBay account, invitations expire after 24 hours, and you need 2FA on. It does not give you listing tools.

Set up a client in a minute

  1. Step 1

    Add the client

Type the client's name. The store shows up in your account menu.

  2. Step 2

    Send the client link

Your client signs in on eBay's own page and taps Agree. One time. No password changes hands.

  3. Step 3

    Pick the store and list

Choose the store from the menu. Photos in, finished listing out, priced from that store's market.

Every tool, in every client store

The store you pick in the menu is the store every tool works on. Every feature is on, on every VA plan, Lite included. The plan you pick sets how many listings each account gets a month.

Photo to listing
Title, item specifics, condition and description from the client's photos.
Sold comps pricing
A price from real eBay sold items, not asking prices.
Crosslisting
Poshmark, Mercari, Depop and more, included on every VA plan. Poshmark VAs work from the same menu.
Bulk and scheduled publishing
Queue a batch and let it go live on the client's schedule. On for every VA plan.
Offers to watchers
Send offers to people watching a listing, with the client's floor price.
Sales and sold detection
Sold items are marked, and crosslisted copies come down.
Message replies
Draft replies to buyer questions in the client's store.
Per-client usage
Listings this month, live listings and credits left for every account.

Priced per client account

Same price per account as a regular FlowLister plan. Each account gets that plan's full monthly listings.

Accounts 51 to 100 are 15% off. Accounts 1 to 50 never change, so the 15% only touches the accounts past 50.

100 Starter accounts: $1,849.00 a month, $150.00 less than 100 single plans.

For comparison, checked November 1, 2026: List Perfectly's Pro Plus is $249 a month for 10 accounts, and says its sub-accounts are for one business. PrimeLister charges $15 per eBay store for its eBay tools.

Questions VAs ask

No. You send your client a link. They sign in on eBay's own page, handle their own 2FA, and approve FlowLister. eBay gives FlowLister a token for that store. You never see the password and you never need a texted code.
eBay's User Agreement says not to share log-in credentials with third parties. FlowLister connects through eBay's own sign-in page, so no password is shared. It's the same way every FlowLister seller connects. The client can remove FlowLister from their eBay account settings any time.
Every client store sits in one menu at the top of the app. Pick a store and every tool works on that store: listing, sold comps, crosslisting, sales, offers and messages. Pick the next store and you are working there. No logging out.
The same as a regular plan, per eBay account. Lite is $9.99, Starter $19.99, Pro $49.99 and Business $99.99 a month for each account. Accounts 51 to 100 are 15% off. Accounts 1 to 50 stay at the regular price, so 100 Starter accounts cost $1,849.00 a month.
Yes. Your login is account 1. Connect your own eBay store to it or a client's. Every other client account adds one to the count.
Remove the account. Its listings and history stay saved, the slot opens up for the next client, and you can lower the count you pay for. Stripe prorates the change.
Your VA page lists every account with listings made this month, live listings and credits left. Open any account to see its full listings and sales. FlowLister does not invoice your clients for you.
No. It gets most titles, item specifics and prices right, and it gets some wrong. You review every listing before it goes live. Seller notes always win over the AI, so a note like "small stain on sleeve" stays in the listing.

Stop logging in and out.

One login for every client, and no passwords to trade. Change the account count or cancel any time.
