One item, listed on eBay and Poshmark, sells on Poshmark at 9am. The eBay listing is still live at noon. Somebody buys it. Now you cancel an order, take the defect, refund a buyer who was ready to pay, and explain yourself to two marketplaces — for an item you already sold.

- What does FlowLister's Poshmark crosslisting actually do?
- It builds your Poshmark listing from an eBay listing you already have — title, description, photos, price and size — then watches that closet. When Poshmark's own inventory counters show the item sold, FlowLister records the sale and ends the matching eBay listing so the same item is not sold twice.
- How does it know something sold on Poshmark?
- It reads the inventory counters on your own Poshmark account: units available, reserved and sold. It does not guess from a 'SOLD' badge on a page, because item pages also show other sellers' listings and their badges. A sale is only recorded when the counters show every unit sold and none available or reserved.
- Does my browser have to be open?
- Creating a Poshmark listing needs the browser extension, because that is how the listing is posted to your account. The sold-check runs on our servers every 15 minutes, so a sale is still noticed when your browser is closed.
- What happens if I have more than one in stock?
- The eBay quantity is reduced rather than the listing ended. FlowLister reads eBay's own count first instead of trusting its stored copy, so a listing with stock left stays live with the right number on it.
- What is included in lifetime access?
- Lifetime access is a one-time $149.99 payment for the Poshmark crosslisting add-on, for as long as FlowLister runs it. It is offered during the founding window, which ends October 3, 2026. After that the add-on is $9.99/month.
- Which marketplaces are supported today?
- Poshmark is the supported crosslisting destination with automatic sold-detection. FlowLister can also create listings on Mercari, Depop and Vinted, but automatic sold-detection for those marketplaces is not enabled yet, so those are not part of what you are buying here.
- Do I still need a FlowLister plan?
- Yes. Crosslisting works from listings FlowLister already built for you, so it sits on top of a FlowLister plan rather than replacing one.
