The double sale is the expensive part
One item, listed on eBay and Poshmark, sells on Poshmark at 9am. The eBay listing is still live at noon. Somebody buys it. Now you cancel an order, take the defect, refund a buyer who was ready to pay, and explain yourself to two marketplaces — for an item you already sold.
Crosslisting tools are good at getting an item onto more marketplaces. Taking it back off is the part that actually costs you money when it goes wrong.
What it does today
- Creates your Poshmark and Mercari listing from an eBay listing you already have: title, description, photos, price and size.
- Ends the matching eBay listing when a Poshmark sale is detected. It did that 11 times out of 11 since September 27.
- Watches Poshmark and Mercari for a sale from each marketplace's own signals (Poshmark's inventory counters, Mercari's sold state), not from scraped page text.
- Records the sale against the item so the rest of your listings know the stock is gone.
- Re-checks each listing, usually about every 12 hours. Poshmark is checked from our servers, so that runs with Chrome closed. Mercari is checked only while Chrome is open with the extension connected.
Built and scheduled, acting on the next qualifying sale
These are deployed and running on a schedule. We are telling you where they are rather than implying a longer history than they have.
- Ends the eBay listing on a Mercari sale too. Built and scheduled; no Mercari sale has been detected yet.
- Reduces the eBay quantity instead of ending the listing when you have more than one in stock.
Not included yet
- Unattended posting anywhere but Poshmark and Mercari. Everywhere else you choose what to send, and FlowLister sends it.
- Etsy: the shop connection is built but not open to sellers yet.
- Vinted, Etsy and Shopify are not available yet. No dates promised, because none is scheduled. Lifetime access includes each one when it ships.
Setup
How to get it working on your account
Six steps. About ten minutes the first time. You need a FlowLister plan, Google Chrome on a Mac or Windows computer, and a Poshmark account.
Buy the add-on.
Pick lifetime or monthly on this page. You sign in to FlowLister if you are not already, pay through Stripe, and land back on My Listings. After that, a Crosslist card shows on each of your listings and Crosslisting setup shows in Settings. The add-on sits on top of a FlowLister plan, so choose a plan first if you do not have one.
Install the Chrome extension.
It is called FlowLister Crosslister and it is on the Chrome Web Store. Chrome on a computer only. Pin it to the toolbar so it is easy to find.

The extension posts through the Poshmark login you already have. FlowLister never sees that password.
Create a pairing code in FlowLister.
Open Settings, then Crosslisting setup, and click Create a pairing code. Copy it. It is shown once. If you lose it, make a new one.
Connect the extension.
Click the FlowLister Crosslister icon in the Chrome toolbar, paste the code under Pairing code, and click Connect this browser. It reads Connected and shows your email.
Post a listing.
Open any listing in FlowLister. The Crosslist card sits on the right, above the sold comps. On the Poshmark row click Preview to see the title, price, size and photos written for Poshmark, then Post to Poshmark. Keep Chrome open. It usually posts within a couple of minutes, and the row changes to Live on Poshmark with a link. If it could not post, the row says why.
From then on, keep Chrome open with the extension connected so queued listings post. Noticing a sale does not need it: our servers re-check each Poshmark listing, usually about every 12 hours. When Poshmark sells the item, FlowLister records the sale and moves to end the eBay listing, or reduce its quantity if you had more than one. That eBay step runs on our servers. It is built, deployed and scheduled, acts on the next qualifying sale, and has not had one yet.
Before your first post
- Chrome has to be open, with the extension connected, for a listing to post. If it is closed, the listing waits in the queue. Poshmark sale checks run from our servers either way.
- 25 new Poshmark listings a day per account right now. Past that, listings wait and post once the day resets, with Chrome open and the extension connected.
- Every computer needs its own pairing code. Disconnect one from Settings whenever you like.
- Poshmark takes whole-dollar prices, so your price is rounded to the nearest dollar. The Preview shows the exact number.

- What does FlowLister's Poshmark crosslisting actually do?
- It builds your Poshmark listing from an eBay listing you already have — title, description, photos, price and size — then watches that closet. - Does it crosslist anywhere besides Poshmark?

- How does it know something sold?
- From each marketplace's own signal, never from a 'SOLD' badge on a page — item pages also show other sellers' listings and their badges. On Poshmark it reads the inventory counters on your own account: units available, reserved and sold, and records a sale only when every unit is sold with none available or reserved. On Depop it reads the item's purchased state, and on Mercari its sold state, each checked against the exact item.
- Does my browser have to be open?
- For posting, yes. Poshmark has no seller API, so the extension posts from your Chrome, and a queued listing waits while Chrome is closed. Noticing a sale does not need Chrome: our servers check each Poshmark listing, usually about every 12 hours. Ending the eBay listing after a detected sale runs on our servers too.
- Which browser do I need?
- Google Chrome on a Mac or Windows computer. The FlowLister Crosslister extension is on the Chrome Web Store. It does not run in Safari or Firefox, and not on a phone, because the posting happens inside Chrome.
- How many listings can I post to Poshmark a day?
- 25 new Poshmark listings a day per account right now. Anything past that waits in the queue and posts once the day resets, as long as Chrome is open with the extension connected. Ending or updating a listing does not count against it.
- Does FlowLister see my Poshmark password?
- No. The extension posts through the Poshmark login that is already open in your Chrome. The pairing code you paste into it only lets the extension talk to your FlowLister account, and you can disconnect it from Settings at any time.
- What price does it use on Poshmark?
- Your FlowLister price, rounded to the nearest whole dollar, because Poshmark only takes whole-dollar prices. $46.49 lists at $46 and $46.50 lists at $47. The Preview shows the exact number before anything posts.
- What happens if I have more than one in stock?
- The eBay quantity is reduced rather than the listing ended. FlowLister reads eBay's own count first instead of trusting its stored copy, so a listing with stock left stays live with the right number on it.
- What is included in lifetime access?
- Lifetime access is a one-time $499.99 payment for the crosslisting add-on, for as long as FlowLister runs it. Lifetime access covers Poshmark, Mercari and Depop today and every marketplace FlowLister adds to the crosslister after them, at no extra charge. Vinted, Etsy and Shopify are next on the build list. - Do I still need a FlowLister plan?
- Yes. Crosslisting works from listings FlowLister already built for you, so it sits on top of a paid FlowLister plan rather than replacing one. If the plan is cancelled, crosslisting pauses until you come back; lifetime access is not charged again.
