DingPack: eBay Sale In, Packing Slip Out

Scott Matarazzo built DingPack for the part of the day after the listing already sold. eBay sale in. Packing slip out. FlowLister does not print slips. They do not write the listing. That is a clean handshake.

Written by Chris Taylor, founder of FlowLister. Public DingPack facts are from dingpack.com on August 19, 2026.

What it does

The slip prints when the sale confirms

I like a product that finishes one boring job all the way. Scott's DingPack for eBay page says it plainly: connect your eBay seller account, and every new sale triggers your label or laser printer. No clicking through the order. No copy-paste. The packing slip prints.

Their setup is three steps on that page. Sign up and Connect Store with eBay OAuth. Install the Windows or Mac print agent so it can sit in the system tray. Then, when eBay confirms a sale, the slip prints. They say they register for eBay platform notifications instead of polling, and that queued sales print in order if the agent was offline.

I am staying inside that eBay packing-slip job. Their home page also lists other store connections. I am not going to turn this into a catalog of printers or plans. If you ship eBay orders every day and the slip is the missing click, start at dingpack.com.

The handshake

We list. They print the slip.

FlowLister is the listing desk: photos in, complete eBay draft out, then one-click publish. DingPack is the packing-slip printer after that listing sells. We do not auto-print eBay packing slips. They do not generate one-click eBay listings. Complementary, not competing.

This is a tools-page swap. No affiliate payout. No promo code. Scott said yes. If you need a listing tool before the sale, start with FlowLister. If you already list here and the slip is still a manual click, go to DingPack.

DingPack FAQ

Short answers to common seller questions about this workflow.

DingPack auto-prints packing slips when an eBay sale confirms. Their public eBay page says you connect your seller account, install a Windows or Mac print agent, and the slip prints without clicking through each order.
No. FlowLister turns photos into a complete eBay listing. DingPack prints the packing slip after the sale. Those are complementary jobs. This page is a tools-page swap, not a promo code.
Their site says Connect Store uses eBay's standard OAuth flow. You sign in to your seller account and approve the connection. They register for sale notifications. They say your eBay password is not shared.
