EstateSaleFinder for eBay Pickers: Source the Sale, Then List Fast
I spent a call with Andy, who built EstateSaleFinder. He made the estate-sale map I wish had existed when I was still driving loops with a paper list and a hope. This is why I like his software, and how his pickers finish the job in FlowLister.
Written by Chris Taylor, founder of FlowLister and an active eBay reseller. Public EstateSaleFinder facts are from estatesalefinder.net on August 19, 2026, and the Pro tiers were re-checked on August 21, 2026. The ESTATESALEFINDER and FLOWLISTER code terms come from the swap Andy and I agreed directly.

Code ESTATESALEFINDER: 20% extra Starter and Pro credits
Enter the code at signup or apply it before you subscribe. While you stay on Starter or Pro, every monthly listing-credit grant is 20% larger. Extra credits, not a cheaper price. Andy does not take a FlowLister payout.

Code FLOWLISTER: 3 months of EstateSaleFinder Pro
The other half of the same handshake. Sign up at estatesalefinder.net with code FLOWLISTERand your first three months of Andy's Pro tier are free. Pro is priced by seller type over there, so pick the one that matches how you sell. It is redeemed on EstateSaleFinder, not in FlowLister, and it does not change your FlowLister plan or price. We do not take a payout from it.
Quick take
Andy built the sourcing layer pickers actually wanted
A live map, keyword search across local sales, wishlist alerts, and a route that can go to GPS. That is the Saturday morning stack.
Table-side comps belong at the sale
The AI photo appraiser identifies an item and shows eBay sold and market pricing before you pay. That is a buyer tool, not a listing tool.
FlowLister starts after the box is in the car
Photos in, complete eBay listing out: title, specifics, sold-comp price, and one-click publish. We do not run an estate-sale map.
Why this page exists
Andy did the hard, unglamorous work
Most "estate sale" sites are a list of addresses and a prayer. EstateSaleFinder is the opposite: a product someone who actually goes to sales would design. Andy put a live map of estate sales, garage sales, vintage shops, antique stores, auctions, and treasure-hunting events in one place, then kept going. Photos. Directions. Keyword search. Wishlist alerts you can start from a snapped photo. Multi-stop routes that can send the stops to GPS.
That last part is the one I keep coming back to. Anyone can pin a sale. Building a route you can actually drive, then handing it to the phone that is already on the dash, is respect for the picker's morning. I do not say that lightly. I have wasted enough Saturdays on bad directions and duplicate stops.
The public site is also honest about who it is for. Buyers and treasure hunters get the map and the hunting tools. Resellers get the same map plus the picker and flipper path. Estate sale companies get seller and operations tools that companies have already praised in public. Web, iOS, and Android cover the United States. That is a real product, not a landing page with a waitlist.
Sourcing
The live map is the product
Open the live EstateSaleFinder map and you are looking at sales you can actually visit. The site describes a free live map of estate sales, garage sales, vintage shops, antique stores, auctions, and treasure-hunting events. You get photos and directions. You can search local sales by keyword instead of reading every flyer. You can save what you want and get wishlist alerts, including from a photo.
Then there is the route planner. One-tap and optimized multi-stop planning, with the option to send those stops to GPS, is the difference between a hunt and a scavenger mess. If you have ever stacked four sales in one county and still arrived at the wrong house first, you already know why this matters.
I like that Andy did not stop at "sales near me." He built the boring operational pieces that make a map useful after the first weekend: search, alerts, photos, and a route you can follow. That is the work most directories never finish.
At the table
Comps in your hand before you pay
The AI photo appraiser is the piece I would have used constantly as a picker. Snap a photo, get an identification, and see eBay sold and market pricing while you are still standing at the table. The site says buyers get unlimited AI photo appraisals and up to 10 live market price checks per month. Buyers use that path without paying a buyer fee.
That is a different job from listing. A good table-side check answers "should I buy this, and around what number?" A good listing tool answers "how do I put this on eBay so a buyer can find it?" Andy built the first job with obvious care. I built the second. Using both in the same morning is the handshake we talked about.
For companies
Seller tools that estate companies actually praise
I am a lister, not an estate-sale operator, so I am going to stay inside what the public site says. Sellers upload photos. The AI identifies items, writes descriptions, and suggests prices from eBay sold data. Listing a sale is free, and the site says there are no commissions. Sellers can choose free or paid tiers. That combination is rare in this niche: companies are used to paying a cut or wrestling a spreadsheet.
Estate sale companies have already said this in public. Operators have praised Andy's seller and operations tools for advertising, internal sale management, analytics, and AI support. When working estate companies talk that way about software, I pay attention. The seller hub is where that side of the product lives.
There is more around the edges that still fits the same picture. The Collective is a booth marketplace for independent sellers. Homeowners can hire a vetted estate sale company instead of inventing a sale from scratch. Andy did not build a single-purpose flyer board. He built a platform around the whole estate-sale weekend.
The handshake
Source with Andy. List with FlowLister.
Here is the overlap from our call, said plainly. Pickers source on EstateSaleFinder: the map, the routes, the table-side comps. Then they list those finds on eBay with FlowLister. We do not do estate-sale maps. They do not do one-click eBay listing. That is not a polite fiction. It is why the two products sit next to each other without stepping on each other.
If you already hunt with Andy's app, the listing desk is the part that still eats the evening. FlowLister takes the photos of what you bought and builds a complete eBay draft: title, description, item specifics, category, shipping, and a price grounded in sold comps. You review it. You publish in one click. That is the job I wanted done when I got home with a trunk full of inventory and a tired brain.
Andy does not want money from this. No affiliate payout, no commission, no Stripe transfer. He wants his people to have a better listing tool after a good hunt. The code I gave him is ESTATESALEFINDER. Use it at FlowLister signup or type it into the promo field. On Starter and Pro you get 20% extra listing credits every month for as long as you stay on those plans. If you cancel or leave Starter and Pro, the extra credits stop. It is extra credits, not a discount on the monthly price.
It runs both directions. The code Andy gave me is FLOWLISTER. Use it when you sign up at EstateSaleFinder and your first three months of his Pro tier are free. Pro is priced by seller type over there, so pick the one that matches how you sell. No money moves between us in either direction.
Workflow
A Saturday that actually finishes
- Plan the hunt in EstateSaleFinder. Open the live map, search for the categories you flip, set wishlist alerts, and build a multi-stop route you can send to GPS. At EstateSaleFinder, sign up with code FLOWLISTER for your first three months of EstateSaleFinder Pro free. It does not change your FlowLister plan or price.
- Check the table before you pay. Use the AI photo appraiser for identity and eBay sold context. Walk away from the ones that do not clear.
- Photograph what you bought. Hero shot, tags, flaws, measurements, and anything that proves the model or maker. Those photos are the listing.
- List in FlowLister. Sign up with code ESTATESALEFINDER, drop the photos in, review the draft, and publish to eBay. That is the one-click part Andy's app is not trying to be.
