List eBay Items Faster With AI: 4 FlowLister Video Demos

Four FlowLister video demos showing how to list eBay items faster with AI: 30-second listing, 10 items in 10 minutes, Batch Mode, and Auto-Schedule.

By Chris Taylor, founder of FlowLister and active eBay reseller.

I'd rather show you than describe it, so this post is mostly videos. Each one is an unedited recording of the actual workflow on my own store — I'm not staging anything.

Pick the one that matches the part of your day that hurts most. If you can't list one item in under a minute, watch the 30-second demo. If you've got a pile of photos and no time, watch Batch Mode.

Start with the 30-second demo

I list one item from the photo upload to a finished draft in under a minute. No typing the title. No hunting for the category. AI reads the photos, fills the specifics, drafts the condition note. I review, click save.

If you've never seen FlowLister work, this is the one. Everything else is the same loop at a bigger scale.

10 items in 10 minutes — what changes

Same workflow, ten times. The interesting part is what doesn't change: I still review every draft. The video shows me catching a wrong size on a polo shirt and a missing flaw on a coffee mug. AI gets you 90% there; the review catches the rest.

Batch Mode — 20+ items from one upload

I dump a folder of photos in. FlowLister groups them by item, drafts each one, lines them up for review. The video is six minutes of me clicking through 23 drafts and fixing a handful of fields.

Watch this one if you photograph a whole shelf at a time and the queue scares you.

  • First photo — does the thumbnail read right on mobile search?
  • Title — does it sound like what a buyer would type?
  • Price — does the sold-comp range back it up?
  • Required specifics — size, brand, color, model filled in?
  • Condition — is the flaw I see in photo 3 mentioned in the note?

Auto-Schedule — drafts to live listings overnight

Once I had Batch Mode working, I had the opposite problem: 23 finished drafts and no good time to publish them all. Auto-Schedule releases them on a cadence — five at 9am, five at noon, five at 7pm. The video shows the schedule running while I'm not at my desk.

Pick the demo that matches your bottleneck

Don't watch all four if you don't need to. Match your problem to a video.

  • One listing takes you 10 minutes → 30-second demo.
  • You list 5-15 items at a sitting → 10-items video.
  • You photograph a whole shelf at once → Batch Mode.
  • You've got drafts piling up unpublished → Auto-Schedule.
  • You don't believe me → any what-sold recap.

Fast listing workflow

  • Take cover, angle, label, flaw, and measurement photos.
  • Generate the draft from photos and seller notes.
  • Review title, price, category, condition, and required specifics.
  • Save, publish, or schedule the listing.
  • Track sold outcomes so the workflow improves over time.

Frequently Asked Questions

Short answers to common seller questions about this workflow.

A clean item with good photos hits a finished draft in 20-30 seconds. Vintage stuff with weird brand markings takes longer because I have to verify the AI's guesses.
For me, yes — by a lot. The trick is photographing in groups so the items don't get tangled up. If you take all the loafer photos, then all the polo photos, then all the mug photos, batch is way faster.
No, and I don't either. AI drafts; I review. Auto-Schedule just spaces the publishing out — I've still hit save on every draft before it gets queued.
